This shower combo set consists of a round gooseneck shower arm sitting on a solid wall-mounted bracket and a handheld shower attached with a 1.5m matt black PVC hose. It is a new trend because it saves more space, comparing with the shower rail combo set that has a long rail. 

Besides, it has a tech-improvement in material for the hose from stainless steel to PVC that will be more tolerant to the temperature to last a long time. PVC is a lot easier to clean compared with the stainless steel hose.

There is a diverter to control the water flow between the overhead and handheld shower head by simply turning it. What you need is a matching style wall or shower mixer or taps to control the water inlet and temperature.
