We, E-RENOVATION are an online bathroom supply store only, so there is no specific place for customers' pick-up. All the orders, therefore, must be dispatched by us or a third-party courier company. The following delivery policy will tell how to arrange delivery for your order. We will keep updating this policy to serve you in the best way.
Delivery Updates (18/07/2021)
Due to the Lockdown measures in NSW, our delivery service, to some extent, will be affected and delayed. The timeframe at the checkout page and estimate shipping system is just for guidance or reference. Again, we can not control the shipping time of third-party couriers and ask for your patience whilst our own team and couriers work hard to resolve timeframes.
1. Handloading goods inside the property are not allowed anymore
2. Delivery fee does not include handling fees
Delivery fee means the transporting cost from our business warehouse to the customer's delivery address provided by customers. It does not include the handling cost to move products inside of the property. Our drivers are not allowed to hand load goods inside your properties anymore to avoid any unnecessary troubles or damage issues.
Item inspection is extremely important. You have to inspect your goods before signing any docket from the driver.
1. We are not responsible for any damage issues after customers received the goods without inspection
2. Once you signed the delivery docket for third-party couriers, it means you accept all the goods in good condition
So, We strongly recommend that for all the customers outside Sydney, please check your order immediately when you receive it. As long as the order value is more than $100, an insurance fee will be applied. So if you find any damaged goods, please refuse to sign the docket, make photos of the damaged product(s) and contact us immediately. Then we will help you lodge a claim from the courier and a replacement order will be executed quickly. Failure to do it will not get any compensation anymore.

For your convenience, we spent heavily to create a shipping estimate system that can be easily used to calculate delivery costs without sign-in required. You may find a button 'Calculate Delivery Cost' on any product page just under the 'Add To Cart' button. Once a decision is made to go ahead with order placement, you need to choose the right delivery method for your order.

Only in the Sydney Metro area, delivery time is from Mon to Friday and one hour notice will be given by email or text message by mobile.
Price starts from $40 GST incl. E-RENOVATION delivery team will always work from Monday to Friday, except for special circumstances.
