If "Our Own Delivery" (E-RENOVATION delivery team) is selected at the checkout, one hour's notice before arrival will be given by our driver (Text message) to let the customer prepare for order collection.

When handling oversized or overweight items (like shower screens, vanities, baths, and so on) in the property, manually handling by at least two individuals is required instead of using a handle trolley to minimize the risk of damaging stair bullnoses, scratching the walls/floors/doors surfaces, or any property interior. Therefore, a capable individual from the customer's end must be present on-site to assist with lifting. It is important to note that in such instances, neither E-RENOVATION nor our driver is responsible for any damage to products or property.
