Installation and caring:

Suitable for top or undermount installation (minimum benchtop thickness for undermount: 10mm)
Important: Do not cut the benchtop until the actual product has arrived. Final cutout dimensions should be confirmed based on the physical product
Use of harsh substances such as bleach, steel wool pads, drain cleaners, or similar products may damage the sink and will void the warranty

If "Our Own Delivery" (E-RENOVATION delivery team) is selected at the checkout, one hour's notice before arrival will be given by our driver (Text message) to let the customer prepare for order collection.

**The driver is not allowed to move the heavy or oversized goods into the property anymore. Doing this will protect both parties. Our own driver will deliver to the closest designated location in proximity to the property, such as the garage or sheltered areas.

However, sometimes, to show goodwill, our delivery driver is willing to assist but will not engage in upstairs movement. When handling oversized or overweight items (like shower screens, vanities, baths, and so on) in the property, manually handling by at least two individuals is required instead of using a handle trolley to minimize the risk of damaging stair bullnoses, scratching the walls/floors/doors surfaces, or any property interior. Therefore, a capable individual from the customer's end must be present on-site to assist with lifting. It is important to note that in such instances, neither E-RENOVATION nor our driver is responsible for any damage to products or property.

3. How to know shipping costs

Delivery fee does not include "HANDLING FEE"

The delivery cost can be only calculated on the Cart page or the Checkout page. For quick access without creating an account, utilize either of below methods:

Cart Page: After adding product(s), visit the cart page and hit the button “CALCULATE SHIPPING” for instant cost estimation.
Checkout Page: After adding product(s), proceed to the checkout page, input your “Postcode” and “State,” and view the shipping cost in the “Cart Summary” section.

Returns/Refunds

1. Returns/refunds accepted within 10 days of order receipt

Exchanges and refunds are valid only for unused, intact products in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies for the release of returned goods to suppliers’ warehouses.

2. Refunds are promptly issued exclusively to the original payment method used

For privacy and security considerations, we are unable to issue refunds to a card that differs from the one used for payment either.

3. Some products and brands can not be returned/refunded

Any parts including toilet buttons, toilet seats, kitchen sink wastes
Subject to the suppliers' policy, stone top vanities can not be returned/refunded
