If "Our Own Delivery" (E-RENOVATION delivery team) is selected at the checkout, one hour's notice before arrival will be given by our driver (Text message) to let the customer prepare for order collection.

**The driver is not allowed to move the heavy or oversized goods into the property anymore. Doing this will protect both parties. Our own driver will deliver to the closest designated location in proximity to the property, such as the garage or sheltered areas.

However, sometimes, to show goodwill, our delivery driver is willing to assist but will not engage in upstairs movement. When handling oversized or overweight items (likeshower screens, vanities, baths, and so on) in the property, manually handling by at least two individuals is required instead of using a handle trolley to minimize the risk of damaging stair bullnoses, scratching the walls/floors/doors surfaces, or any property interior. Therefore, a capable individual from the customer's end must be present on-site to assist with lifting. It is important to note that in such instances, neither E-RENOVATION nor our driver is responsible for any damage to products or property.
