Dual function operation – 300mm shower head:

• Automatic Cycle Switching 
  – When the shower is turned off in “Shower Spray” mode, it will automatically switch to “Waterfall Flow” mode the next time you turn it on
  – If it was last turned off in “Waterfall Flow” mode, it will switch back to “Shower Spray” next time
  – This cycle function is especially useful when the shower head is mounted too high to comfortably reach the manual switch
• Manual Button Switching
  – During the use, you can toggle between two modes by pressing the button located in the center of the shower head

Care and Maintenance:

• Clean regularly with warm soapy water and a soft cloth.
• Avoid abrasive or chemical-based cleaning agents.
• Inspect and maintain components such as aerators and seals periodically.

Warranty:

•  2 years labour and replacement warranty for faulty manufacturing or materials

The warranty will not apply if:

• Products are not installed by a licensed plumber.
• Products are not installed in accordance with Australian Standards, local regulations, and manufacturer’s instructions.
• Damage occurs due to:
  1.  Incorrect installation or misuse
  2. Harsh cleaning products or improper maintenance
  3. Excessive water pressure (over 500kPa) or temperature (over 80°C)
  4. Environmental factors, including hard water or corrosive elements
  5. Proof of purchase and installation by a licensed plumber is not provided

Returns and refunds are subject to our 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligible items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Some items are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene, installation, or custom manufacturing requirements. These include (but are not limited to):

• Toilet seats and other sanitary products once opened or installed
• Installed items (including bathroom and plumbing fixtures)
• Custom-made or made-to-order products (e.g. stone tops)
• Any item explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page
