This shower combo set consists of a round gooseneck shower arm sitting on a solid wall-mounted bracket and a handheld shower attached on a rail with a 1.5m stainless steel hose. The handheld shower sits on a rail with an adjustable elbow attached to move up and down to get the right height.

There is a diverter to control the water flow between the overhead and handheld shower head by simply turning it. What you need is a matching style wall or shower mixer or taps to control the water inlet and temperature.
