Delivery Service is quite important for E-commerce business nowadays. Timely, Accurate and Communication are always our concerns. E-RENOVATION is online bathroom supplies store only without showrooms or the designed spots for pick up by customers, So there is no 'pick up option' by customer and all the online orders are only dispatched by E-RENOVATION or third party delivery companies.
Delivery fee means the transporting cost from our business warehouse to customer's delivery address provided by customer online. It does not include the handling fees to move products to the inside of property. We are not responsible for E-RENOVATION from our delivery vehicles or any third party delivery vehicles.
We really want to help, but can not help for everything
When our driver arrives at the delivery address, if customer wants our driver to move to somewhere under roof like garage, veranda etc., we would like to help. However, customer must get involved in the lifting and moving products. In this case, E-RENOVATION or the third party delivery company is not responsible for any any damage of the products or any damage relating to your property.
E-RENOVATION promised fast delivery to customer. We know your time is so cherished, especially for some urgent orders, for example, renovation guys could leave and delay your projects to do other jobs if your order can not arrive on time. To avoid this kind of dilemmas, we strongly recommend you to discuss with our sales online or send email to figure out best solutions before you place orders online. We never over-promise our customers about something that we can not make happen.
The signature after checking your order is compulsory
Except for the third party delivery company, E-RENOVATION will need your signature when you receive your order on the delivery address spot. Regarding to any special request, please let us know beforehand or write notes during the placement of your order. If you give up signing on the delivery docket or the failure of your signature for any reason, E-RENOVATION will not take any responsibility for any loss or damage of your products.
No return or refund of your order due to any delays relating to delivery vehicle breakdown or traffic jam
Considering some uncontrolled reasons, for example, out of stock temporarily, traffic jam, we can not 100% guaranty our customer can receive order on your request of time frame. If this uncontrolled reasons happen, our driver will immediately inform of customers by phone or text message.
All the orders will be dispatched only from Monday to Wednesday
For job sites in Sydney
Shipping fees can be found when you go to the checkout page and fill in your personal information. Shipping fees will vary according to the distance to your address and the whole weight of the order. If your order is more than 1.5 tons, we will notify you that second trip could happen.
For job sites outside Sydney
Oops! Shipping fees will not be calculated in your shopping cart. Do not worry, please chat online with us or send email to firstname.lastname@example.org to get freight quote. We will try to outsource a third party delivery company to get freight cost for you.
No hand loading into your property
To avoid any unnecessary troubles or damage issues, our driver will not be allowed to access to the inside of the property. Therefore, it is customer's responsibility to handle the products into the properties. We understand that some old-age or disable customer need special help. Please let us know before you place order with us. Without the notification, E-RENOVATION has the right to refuse any relevant request. We want our customers to be satisfied, not to make troubles for them.
Heavy or oversize items delivery notice
For some really heavy products, like bathtub, stone vanities or any product over 100kg in weight or 1200mm in length, E-RENOVATION driver is only responsible for unloading goods from our delivery vehicles to the spot close to the job site. Customer must get involved in any lifting or movement of products after unloading from the vehicle.
