As an important service, the delivery cost is the main concern for all online buyers, especially for those who live outside Sydney. Again, we invested a lot in the shipping integration with third-party couriers. In some cases, you will experience the price increase/decrease that is controlled by the third-party couriers' pricing change. We are not going to make a profit on the freight cost and just provide this service to deliver goods safely to your address.
We choose the best courier, for example, Pack and Send which provides tail lift truck service and damage insurance cover for peace of mind. The tail-lift truck is the best option for fragile and oversized items.

1. Outside Sydney
1) All the tapware, accessories, or small items can be posted in Australia Wide by Australia Post or other third-party courier companies
2) For oversized items, the delivery rate is the fragile sensitive rate and the maximum weight for the order is 1000kgs currently.
3) If the items in your shopping cart are over 450kgs, the shipping cost will not show up. Therefore, the manual shipping quote will be given.
4) We will keep updating this to make your shopping easy.
Please Note: In the rare case, due to the system bugs, you will find "free delivery" on the estimation or even on the checkout page.
