To Make your warranty claim successful, you must follow the procedure below.

1. Find the relevant product warranty information in Warranty Information below where all the warranty conditions and time are clearly stated.

2. Check out if you follow our Installation Instructions (see Download instructions below) which are extremely important to get your warranty claim approved quickly.

3. Fill out the Service Authorization Form (SAF), making sure all the areas are correctly answered.

4. The pictures of your faulty products as evidence. Without this, your warranty claim can not be processed.

5. Send SAF and pictures of faulty products to our email at contact@erenovation.com.au

Delivery

**We have so many products online and the shipping cost will be affected by many factors, such as size, fragile nature, locations, various courier companies, and so on. As a result, if you find a different delivery cost in google shopping advertising, please ignore it because it will not reflect the real shipping cost**

To get a delivery cost estimation for the item you want to purchase, please click the button above "Calculate Delivery Cost" on the product page and then fill in the blank area after a small window pops out. If you just would like to get a rough idea of it, please see below.

1. Outside Sydney

All the tapware, accessories, or small items can be posted in Australia Wide by Australia Post or other third-party courier companies
For oversized items, the delivery rate is the fragile sensitive rate and the maximum weight for the order is 450kgs currently.
If the items in your shopping cart are over 450kgs, the shipping cost will not show up. Therefore, the manual shipping quote will be given.
We will keep updating this to make your shopping easy.

2. In Sydney

Small orders can be delivered by Austalia Post and the price starts from $8.95 only.
Oversized or overweight items can be only delivered by E-RENOVATION. Price starts from $40 only.
