To Make your warranty claim successful, you must follow the procedure below.

1. Find the relevant product warranty information in Warranty Information below where all the warranty conditions and time are clearly stated.

2. Check out if you follow our Installation Instructions (see Download instructions below) which are extremely important to get your warranty claim approved quickly.

3. Fill out the Service Authorization Form (SAF), making sure all the areas are correctly answered.

4. The pictures of your faulty products as evidence. Without this, your warranty claim can not be processed.

5. Send SAF and pictures of faulty products to our email at contact@erenovation.com.au

**We have so many products online and the shipping cost will be affected by many factors, such as size, fragile nature, locations, various courier companies, and so on. As a result, if you find a different delivery cost in the google shopping from our web, please ignore the google shopping shipping cost because it will not reflect the real shipping cost**

1. Outside Sydney

All the tapware, accessories, or small items can be posted in Australia Wide.
For oversized items, you will not find the delivery cost. Please chat online or email us to get the delivery cost if a 3rd party courier can reach your area.

2. In Sydney

Free delivery for orders over $500 in Sydney Metro only.
Small orders can be delivered by Austalia Post and the price starts from $8.95 only.
Oversized or overweight items can be only delivered by E-RENOVATION. Price starts from $40 only if your order value is under $500.
